I've been working as a Product Designer for 1.5 years at Go2Joy (OTA Booking) and 1.5 years at Kamereo (B2B E-Commerce), and it's helped me get really good at solving problems and focusing on what users need. I'm confident in creating and using Design Systems effectively. Throughout my career, I've made sure to combine creativity with technical skills to make designs that fit well with what users want.

Product Designer | Go2Joy Vietnam JSC 10/2022 - 02/2024
UX Research: Booking Flow Enhancement
In my first six months as a Product Designer at Go2Joy, I got to work on developing GoPMS (Property Management System) and App Go2Joy. My job involved handling tasks for the dashboard, figuring out pricing for room bookings from different OTAs, and managing rooms and reservations for hotels. In the Go2Joy app, I participated in the UX research and redesign of key flows such as Hotel Information, Booking, and Room Reservation with coupons.
Internal Hotel Management
Later on, I played a big part in Hotel Admin, a product for hotels to manage reservations on the Go2Joy platform. I worked closely with Business Analysts and the Development team to make better interface versions and update the design system. I did a lot of research on design systems from top companies like Google, Atlassian, AirBnB, and Shopify. I also took on important tasks like setting up promotions and room discounts, and I got to talk to end-users, including hotel owners and managers, to get feedback for improving the product.
Room Pricing Revamp (Epic)
With a strong foundation, I gained the trust of the Head of Product, and I took on the challenging job of revamping the room pricing section for Go2Joy. Over more than four months, I carefully researched and improved user flows, getting inspiration from major OTAs like AirBnB, Agoda, and Booking.com.
This journey not only made my skills better but also gave me a complete understanding of product design, user experience, and how to work with different teams to make solutions that really matter. I'm excited about using this experience and knowledge to take on new challenges and projects in the world of product design.

Here's a breakdown of the typical design sprint process:
- Understand: The team gains a deep understanding of the problem at hand by reviewing existing data, insights, and user feedback.
- Diverge: Team members generate a wide range of ideas individually through brainstorming sessions, sketches, or other ideation methods.
- Converge: The team comes together to share and discuss their ideas, narrowing down the options to a few key concepts that show promise.
- Prototype: A realistic prototype is created rapidly, often using tools like wireframes or design software, to visualize the selected concept.
- Test: The prototype is tested with real users, gathering valuable feedback to inform further iterations and improvements.
